See, that’s what the app is perfect for. Wahhhh, I don’t wanna. Guyyyys. A year ago I decided to lose weight. Here I am twelve months later being 22 lbs lighter. It’s not an epic result, and I have lost more during the year, but these 22 lbs were gone for almost ten months which means the loss is permanent. I couldn’t be more proud and I feel so motivated.
