Well, we did not go to Disney. Or the beach. But, we chilled and slept and basically recharged the batteries. Because there are only 9 weeks left until the end of the school year. 9 weeks! On Easter I made brunch with mimosas (of course), hot cross buns, sausage from the Lakeside Farmer's Market, and scrambled eggs.
