Minced Pork and Eggplant Stirfry. I am going to try making french onion soup tonight. Now there are countless recipes and variations for this potentially delicious meal and I’ve never made it before (only good at eating it, ha! So which one do I attempt? A good way is trial and error – i.e. try a recipe or two, modifying it as you go along until it tastes more or less like the best french onion soup you’ve ever had in your life.
