The easiest and cheapest route for British visitors is to take an Easyjet or Ryanair plane to Montpellier (or Nimes) and then hire a car to get to us. From some places, such as Edinburgh, your choice might be Beziers, Rodez or Avignon. There are bus services from Montpellier or Nimes to le Vigan (incredibly cheap), but the last bus leaves around five in the evening. N imes to Ganges. From A75 to Couloustrine. From Montpellier by public transport.

Exploring France

Roussillon, Provence les Avignon. These pages need updating - I have not made any changes since 2008. What with elderly dogs and health problems, we have not done nearly as much wandering round France as we had hoped. Still, we did manage a splendid short tour of Provence before the problems, and have of course explore the local sites together. Chris can sadly no longer travel far with ease, but I enjoy exploring France with our visitors.
