Kornrumpf, Party of 5: December 2014
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night! Previous years' pics here. Posted by Katie K. Monday, December 22, 2014. In previous years, we haven't had much luck visiting Santa. Back in 2012 in Winston-Salem, Sarah did this. And even Nathan didn't want to get too close to Santa. Then last year in Boston I just skipped it due to Brian's crazy December schedule and knowing that (definitely) Sarah and (probably) Nathan would be more scared then excited. Posted by Katie K.

Kornrumpf, Party of 5: Sitting and Siblings
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2015/06/sitting-and-siblings.html
Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Getting close to sitting up! So Andrew's passed the five month mark (5 months, 1 week and 3 days based on the blog sidebar). Here's what life's like with this little guy these days:. Still so cheerful, loves his big siblings and they love him. He loves to give "kisses" (and has for a few weeks). Of course, they are the wet, open-mouth kind but we all love them anyways. The kids sometimes refer to them as "baby slime". He's totally interested in food! Posted by Katie K.

Kornrumpf, Party of 5: Andrew: 4 (and a half) Months
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2015/05/andrew-4-and-half-months.html
Friday, May 29, 2015. Andrew: 4 (and a half) Months. So good tempered. So smiley and friendly. Such a trooper when his schedule is wrecked by the family's schedule. Andrew is about the best third kid that a mom could wish for! At four (and a half months) Andrew is:. Rolling easily from front to back. Trying to roll from back to front, but can only make it onto his side. Chewing on anything he can get into his mouth, but I don't think he's actually teething yet. Mainly taking mini naps during the days, mo...

Kornrumpf, Party of 5: Learning to Swim
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2015/06/learning-to-swim.html
Thursday, June 18, 2015. Well, check out some books for reference and teach them myself, that's what! And he did, without any hesitation. And then again and again and again. So this first video is a compilation of the kids having a blast going off the diving board. I was so thrilled and made a huge deal about how proud I was of him and he was just beaming about his accomplishment! He swam back to the steps and I challenged him to swim to me again after I took one giant step back, and he did it again!

Thursday, January 15, 2015. Baby Andrew, Days 2 and 3. While we wait (slightly impatiently) to be discharged from the hospital today, I figured I would put my time to good use and share some more pictures of our little cutie. the same cutie that kept us up half the night because he just wanted to nurse, nurse, nurse and Mama doesn't have much for him to eat yet! Posted by Katie K. Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Here are some of the pictures from his first few hours. Posted by Katie K. Brian gave us a call ...

Kornrumpf, Party of 5: March 2015
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Gosh, I'm tired tonight, but I'm trying to be productive since ALL the kids went to bed early tonight. Thankfully Andrew continues to be more cooperative going to sleep (most) nights. Tonight was the earliest he's gone down - just after 7:00 - so hopefully he won't be wide awake at 5am in the morning! Responsible for what that hand is up to. The rest of life is just. life. I think I'm 100% adjusted to being a mom of three! Posted by Katie K. Saturday, March 28, 2015. We joke abou...

Kornrumpf, Party of 5: February 2015
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 27, 2015. A Sibling Photo Shoot. I've been wanting to try my own hand at some sibling portraits since Andrew was born, but days and weeks have gone by with nothing to show for my wishes. Kids that have been sick on and off, a chronically tired Mama, and regular life have all conspired against me up until this point. But the stars aligned yesterday and we did it! Then it was on to my main purpose - trying to get a picture of all three kids together. This didn't go smoothly at all! I do wa...

Kornrumpf, Party of 5: Oh Yeah, And We Bought A House
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2015/06/oh-yeah-and-we-bought-house.html
Monday, June 15, 2015. Oh Yeah, And We Bought A House. On May 14th, Brian and I had our 10th wedding anniversary. We left all three kids with Nana and Granddad and hit the town - well, dinner and a movie, which was a nice get-away for us. Andrew did take a bottle, though he was quite fussy the whole evening. Unfortunately Brian and I didn't get a picture together that night. And then the next day was the anniversary present. We had our first meal in the house, picnic-style on the floor. We finally got th...

Kornrumpf, Party of 5: August 2015
http://kornrumpf.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 29, 2015. August Ordinary Days (Part 1). We are still REALLY enjoying our new pool, especially when Daddy gets to swim with us. We all agree that Daddy is WAY more fun then Mommy in the pool! Brian had a week of. This is at the end of the driveway where the water was heading downhill and collecting around the pool deck. Brian and David, along with two sporadic helpers, tilled up this section of yard and reshaped to send water through the yard around the end of the pool. Ooooo, how pretty!
