Tuesday, June 20, 2006. I have just downloaded the free software from www.audacity.sourceforge.net. To allow the making of voice files. I have finally managed to make the recording of what I think flexible learning is that was required for the first workshop i couldn't attend! Posted by francesca @ 9:18 PM. Don't forget to make the file an MP3. It will prompt you to go and download LAME codec to plugin to Audacity. You need to do this once and that's it. - you'll beable to create MP3.

Tuesday, July 04, 2006. Back agin and talking about Audio files. Thanks Leigh for the comments regarding the use of odeo. I have just uploaded the audio file I made regarding what is flexible learning on Audacity onto odeo studio ( http:/ studio.odeo.com. Here is the link to that voice file. Next step is to try and make one directly on odeo. Http:/ media.odeo.com/5/3/1/flexible learning to me.mp3. Wow there is some great stuff avaialble to use - I just wish i had more time to play around with it!

Tuesday, October 24, 2006. So after a coupleof months and to be honest not many thoughts on flexible learning - except that I need to get back onto this I get back online. I thought that by simply selecting a 'busy' week in the spring claendar we would be able to get excellent video material of emergency and uncommon events in large animal veterinary practice. Friday, June 16, 2006. This is my first attempt at a blog. I guess I have been spurred into action by the fact I am taking a course in flexible learning through Otago Polytechnic as part of gaining a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and Learning. My only wish then would be like any other tertiary educator is to be given so time to actually put these new ideas into practice. Kate has grown somewhat since then but its the only picture I have on my work computer. I will change it one day soon!
