Monday, July 4, 2011. Happy Fourth of July. Fourth of July has been a little bit of a bummer. I woke up Saturday morning with a cold and haven't felt like doing anything too too fun. But I'm making the best of it. It, of course, could be much worse. But I'm not enjoying the sore throat and sniffling and sneezing. Steak Kabobs, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Oysters, and Salmon stuffed with a Lobster Dressing. Delicious. Yes, the Oyster is already eaten in this photo. The most fabulous tee I've ever had.

Thursday, March 31, 2011. One of my dream jobs is to become a Nascar driver's wife and/or girlfriend. I think it seems absolutely perfect. Basically your only job is to attend the races and look pretty at the starting line and then in the winner's circle if you're lucky. I think it's perfect. We went to Pensacola (I thought we were going to Alabama - it's all the same). I'm not really sure.
