Gary Francis was born in Bournemouth, Dorset England in 1971. Francis works predominantly in the medium of scratch building, but includes sculptures in his creative works. Francis completed an apprenticeship with distinction at the El-Sukry Motors in 1989. He has over twenty years experience and knowledge of coachwork construction and techniques and has sold works privately and through galleries such as Gauntlet Gallery London. 2016 Francis Clark Collectables.

1/2 scale 1932-35 Alfa Romeo P3 Tipo B. Built in 2007 The Alfa P3 was Enzo Ferrari's first race car, driven by the great Tazio Nuvolari. This model depicts Tazio's 1935 German GP winning car, when against all odds he beat the might of Mercedes Benz. Carbon monocoque chassis with billet alloy front and rear bulkheads. Unequal A arm suspension with adjustable coil overs. Unassisted rack and pinion steering with telescopic adjustment. Adjustable pedal box. 250cc 4 stroke engine. 4 speed gearbox with reverse. Four wheel hydraulic brakes with front 4 piston callipers.

Completed at the end of 2013 to commemorate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary. Depicted at speed with its glowing red brake disc, blurred road surface and wheel that looks as if it's spinning. Body work, chassis frame and headlight are genuine Lamborghini parts. Media: alloy, carbon fibre, polyurethane, steel, acrylic and alcantara.
