Sunday, May 31, 2015. The weekend of May 15th-17th was "plan-less" which in my brain is FANTASTIC! Friday, we went to the McCormacks' for a little "Florida planning." Saturday, we did some work outside and went to the Uffmann's for a little party. Sunday, church and a birthday party for Donovan and Chase before dinner at our house with Popo and Grandma, The Francis fam, and The McCormacks. This was taken on Monday, May 11th. No one likes a Monday morning! Helping Mom pick out plants. Love those blue eyes!

Monday, September 22, 2014. Brody's First Day at Daycare. Brody's first day at Alice's (not counting the one day he went while I was in Nashville) was on 9/8/14. Dropping off child #2 is A LOT easier than dropping off the first. Yes, I was sad and still am sad that maternity leave is over, BUT it is nice to know that he will be in good hands. No Mom, I don't want to get out of your bed. He doesn't sleep in our bed, but he does lay in there while I'm getting ready). Check out Hadley's first day here.

Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Oh the fair.it is no secret that Kyle and I grew up loving the fair! Lucky for us, Hadley also LOVED the fair this year. :). Here are A LOT of pictures from the five days of the fair, August 6-10, 2014 (even though we only went to four of them). The Tuesday before the fair opened, the fair board and their families got to ride the rides early. Thanks to Paul Brune, we got to join in on the fun! Before we headed to the fair, Brody and I voted. :). Their very first fair ride of 2014.

Sunday, July 26, 2015. The Weekend Before Brody Turns ONE. On top of our big birthday party for Brody, we had a busy weekend July 10-12. Friday: we headed to the Hoberocks' for our monthly dinner. Saturday: Bootcamp, playing at home, grocery shopping for the party, baking/cooking for the party, a birthday party for Paige Weiser (one of Brody's future girlfriends), and playing cards with the guys (for dad) kept us busy. Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Kyle and Uncle Doug were outside with the kids last week doing some prep work for our landscaping. Hadley decided to push the stroller and instead of going forward it toppled sideways. Luckily, he was in the grass and strapped in! Things could have been A LOT worse than this little scratch. He was a bit scared, but all in all.we were good! Hadley was sad when she had to hang up on Facetime with Laney. Oh dear! She changed and laid in the doorway while I finished cleaning up.

Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Hanging from the lights. This note was left because Kyle was gone for the evening and Hadley kept doing one thing after another. Bookie was sure to take note! Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Brody got tubes on 3/27/15. He had a couple ear infections by 1/27/14, but from the end of January to mid-March he had three and that was enough! We were scheduled to get the tubes on 3/31/14, but on 3/26/14 Tanya sent me a text asking if we would be able to get Brody there the next morning. Sure! I was pretty sure he had ANOTHER ear infection so the sooner, the better! Too many antibiotics for an eight month old to be on in a month and a half. On our way to the hospital! He was ...

Thursday, July 31, 2014. Hospital Visitors and Brody Meets Hadley. We had several visitors during our time in the hospital. One of those visitors included, Big Sister aka Hadley. She came down on Tuesday, July 15th with Grandma. She was a bit more interested in the baby that Brody got her, but she did offer up a few kisses and hugs before she went back off to Grandma and Popo's house. Here's a video of HADLEY MEETING BRODY.
