Road Trip-Part 1 (IN-NV). We made it just south of Indianapolis before someone needed stop to eat or use the restroom so we took these photos at a rest stop. Our first (and last stop) was in Kanas. Highlights of the past 2 months. I haven't had the time to really sit down and blog and to be quite honest I don't have much time right now. I. Thursday, January 19, 2012. Not a great start. I've also got this terrible cold that will NOT go away. Most days, my throat is so swollen I can barely talk or swallow anything. Not to mention the coughing is constant. Just another thorn in my side. Earlier this week, I had to rush Pax to the doctor because he kept breaking out in hives all over his face. {Nothing came of it. just a random outbreak, luckily! The Twins are 1! On October 1st, the twins turned a year old! I can't believe how fast the year went or how much has happened! We chose to do a simple Mickey and Minnie themed party. Someone in our ward taught me some basic cake decorating tips and I also solicited the help from my brother in law, Tom, in helping with creating the smash cakes for the twins.
