So today i headed to the doctor to talk about my Gabapentin (i'm on 200MG three times a day), i've not been on it for long but i'm not having as many problems as i used too. Now at this moment i am still on tramadol (100MG three-four times a day) and normal paracetamol (2 four times a day). This all sounds rather rational until i tell you tramadol is the first thing i was put on that worked, i was on amitryptaline (sp? Now it's been over a year and the doctors...

So from thursday evening last week (25th july) till yesterday afternoon (29th) my BFF from Norway (Irene) visited. Friday we both got tattooed. read on to see what/where and what else we got up to. I was diagnosed with FMS in October 2010. this was after years of being told the pain i was feeling was just my arthritis rearing its ugly head but after repeated blood tests showing no sign of anything to do with inflammation but a raise in anti-endo-cardio-lipins (i think i spelt that right) i was referred to a rheumatologist. i was seen by two people, one in October 2010 the second in March 2011.
