Here's my menu plan for this week:. Saturday: Ham and Cheddar Waffles. Monday: Refried Bean Tostadas. Tuesday: Hot Dogs and Chips. Wednesday: Leftovers (Choice: Asian Noodle Salad. Or Red Beans and Rice. Thursday: Tuna Sandwiches on homemade Oatmeal Bread. I make mine with 1/2 all purpose, and 1/2 whole wheat.).
