Fraserburgh Seafooods was established in 1998 as a partnership between G&J Jack (fish processors) and Michael Mair. Although the company is relatively new the senior personnel within the company have many years experience in the fish / shellfish industry both for the continent and the home market. All our shellfish is sourced from Scottish ports and processed in our own premises. We believe this is the only way to keep a close eye on the quality we are looking for.
