Thursday, July 10, 2014. Gold Coast Half Marathon. Well the day finally arrived. After three months of training, covering 350kms. We were well prepared. Before I start I should mention our target goal times for the 21.1km race. We drove down around lunchtime on the Saturday and checked into our hotel in Broadbeach, the lovely Le Chelsea Apartments.
