Wednesday, 18 January 2012. Rest, Rest, Rest. Today I had a rest day. It was a tough old day! Since joining Datchet Dashers I have continuously heard and been told the importance of resting! I completely understand the concept and I've also seen the benefits of resting! However rest days are a complete mental battle for me. Saturday, 23 April 2011. Post Marathon Training Plan. So I lost my Marathon Blog! I will have to re-write tomorrow! But here's a quick and easy one . I want to shake the training up, do a bit of everything and get stronger in other ways not just running! Monday : Sporting Circuits class at Reading. Tuesday : Spinning and Legs in the Am, Datchet Dashers in the PM. Thursday : 6 - 10 miles run. Friday : PT in the am and Yoga in the pm. Saturday : Park run on alternative weekends. Let's see how it goes.
