Reading for gist (general understanding) à skimming. Reading for specific information à scanning). I like the assignment called Plastic Surgery. I like the fact that the students have to make an opinion about a subject that is a bit controversial. You can make a new subject each time you do the task. In chapter 18 i chose the example 4: Breakfast.
