June 25, 2014. 兩個月來，一同禱告，尋求，交換意見 直到最後，大家同意，接納，祝福 接下來，工作的交接，理家，賣房子 講台上的分享，小組的不捨，及全教會的歡送…。 然而最特別的是這次他們走，我的感受跟以前很不相同 我真實地知道他們不只是”會友”，而是”家人” 既然是家人就不會out of sight，out of mind的。 我在想 莫非是作牧師的我長大了—關切的不再是自己，是真的有為父的心了 而這對夫婦所分享的也令人激勵 他們一再肯定他們已經傳承了在這個教會裡所得到的 家 的價值觀，以及為父之心的DNA。 我們都看得出來，也知道在這教會裡還有不少人，基督的信仰已經不再只是道理，知識，神學，do’s and don’ts，而是有機的生命，是由種子逐漸發芽，長大，而不是零件組裝成的。 以前以為信仰的事很複雜，今再看，不難也，是基督的生命的種子在長大成樹—越單純，甘甜 腳步越走越齊，越與神同心同道 預備中的新婦已經漸漸成為預備好的新婦了。 明璟看見的對, 蒲公英的花蜕变成混圆的白毛种子 Tina說的好，這一家是帶著傳福的DNA， 家的觀念出去的。

May 25, 2014. 86人從世界各地來到聖地以色列，是一群列國 家人同行 較資深的夥伴，其中也有些新面孔 再加上當地的猶太信徒領袖，及阿拉伯信徒領袖，一共將近100人。 這次來的目的是為今年11月10-13日在耶路撒冷的全球回家 Global Gathering 作預備。 怎麼預備 仍不外乎兩個要項 1 看神怎樣把我們織在一起，建立全球屬神的家。 施洗約翰及主耶穌一開始傳的就不是 得救的福音 ，而是 天國的福音 太3 2 4 17。 祂也是我們的父，祂在建立家 Family ，祂要得到一個合祂安居的家園 Home 弗2 19 3 15。 祂渴望與我們同住 賽66 1-2 ，祂名稱為以馬內利 太1 23。 所以我們一起用餐，交談，鼓勵，扶持 一起哭，一起笑 一起安慰，一同關懷，一起擁抱 還照了不少照片，每一張臉孔的背後都有許多的故事，有痛苦，也有喜樂。 但建立家也有挑戰 既然是家，就要學習適應 信任，立約，委身 不批評，也不聽別人的批評 不互相攻擊，要學習分辨 學習不被冒犯，進而能家和萬事興，打虎親兄弟，上陣父子兵，那麼陰間的權勢就不能勝過教會。 What have we been doing?

October 17, 2014. 許多事在發生，要從何說起 9/27-10/2/14去以色列參加11月中旬 全球家人同行 的預備會，緊接著10/6-10/14又到加州參加 北美家人同行。 當一位阿拉伯領袖，代表他們的族群, 問猶太彌賽亞信徒領袖們說， Would you marry me? 2 也更有把握，11月在以色列的 全球家人同行 中，我們必會進一步看神做更大的事。 最後一天是10月8日，月全蝕，我們2 00起床，2 30離開家，3 00到教會。 先在戶外看blood moon到4 00，然後進禮堂參加早禱，一直到7 00。 4 試想我們把弟兄姐妹踩在腳底下，自己跑第一去領產業，天父會高興嗎 5 於是我們集體立約，彼此委身，願意在基督裡相愛，相聯結，一同作身體，不再分裂，不再個人主義，不叫天父看祂孩子們打架而傷心，也不讓天父的名因我們的不相愛而繼續被惡者嘲諷，羞辱。 成為家人不必申請，也無需報名，只因基督的寶血將你我買贖，凡了解這觀念的就來 我們終於懂了 一個父親最大的成功與喜樂不在別的，乃在兒女的和樂，相愛 天父也一樣。 我說 是Shalom ,是幸福。

August 23, 2014. 會友在成為 弟兄姐妹 —不只是稱謂上的，而是成為真正的 家人。 每週合併崇拜—中翻英，英翻中，聽起來就沒有人喜歡，兩邊都不討好，行得通嗎 所唱的歌，中英文是完全不同的格調，誰來帶 時間的控制，年青人真的怕我們聚會太長 經過翻譯，完整的思緒都變成斷斷續續—懂一種語言的可能聽不清楚，而兩種都懂的則需要聽兩次，能適應嗎 用耳機如何 可能會引來全體罷工，換教會去了 豈不是嗎 四周圍教會多的是，何必來此受苦 …. 因為若不改變，後果早已可以想見，並且已經歷歷在目 還不必說到，許多教會英文堂牧師把年青人帶走的事實，即使那種痛苦並未發生，Ethnic churches 仍一直存在著一個特有的問題—那就是中英文堂在一個屋頂下一直是兩個教會，兩代之間甚少交接，下一代靈命上沒有父母的傳承，上一代，文化上也不要求自己進步。 我由衷地敬佩 傳福 家庭毅然決然的勇氣 從五月到今，已經4個月了，捏一把汗，結果實驗還算成功。 提前3 15 But it takes time and effort。 Believe me, 您在地上所給的，You won’t regret!
