So I'm back from the family vacation in Utah. I've only been in America for a month now and I've experienced just as much I would've experienced if I stayed in Mandal for 15 years. Flying over Las Vegas. So yesterday a guy from church asked if we wanted to go on a flight over Las Vegas. Of course we wanted to go! So we got up in this really small plane and flew over Las Vegas at night and the Hoover Dam. It was so amazing to see Vegas and the desert from an airplane! Pictures tells more. Check them out. United Skates of America. Today we went to the United Skates of America. It was really fun. I played laser tag for two rounds. Laser tag is basically just about shooting the opponent on their vests. Newport, Rhode Island. Today we went to Newport, Rhode Island. Newport is a really, really nice small town. They have old fashioned New-England houses and restaurants all over the place. Soccer practice and VIP Bowling. On Monday I started soccer practice just to find out that it was extremely hard for me in this dry heat. I think my asthma has a lot to do with it too. Friday, November 14, 2008. Adam woke up this morning for seminary got into the car and immediately yelled ugh! I thought he was going to say he forgot something important then he blurted, Obama is president to which I reminded him, not yet. I saw a pole that said 90% of Germans wanted Obama for our president, so it is not surprising Sven wanted Obama to be the next president. We have one person in our house happy with the results of the election. T was exactly opposite last year.

Monday, July 20, 2009. How many times can you wash a wall in a day. Mike made cookies yesterday. His favorite are the cookies Grandpa loved to make. Saturday we found some M&M's on clearance and used them in the cookies. It was a revival of an old tradition of making cookies on Sunday evening. We used to make them while watching AFV.
