Sunday, December 18, 2011. Better run, better run, faster than my bullet. Okay, obviously the year-end goals didn't happen. But the new year is just around the corner. I always like to start my New Year's resolutions in December. That way by the time January 1st rolls around I've already got a good start to some serious habit forming. Also, it gives me a buffer to weed out the less realistic goals. Not that I ever make any of those. I decided to follow this running plan for beginner runners found here.
