Thursday, April 18, 2013. Fiesta Dip, Gringo Dip and Blueberry Crumble. We had a March madness potluck last month at work, so I decided to finally use my 3 section crockpot that I got for Christmas. The recipe for Fiesta Dip came with the crockpot. Put refried beans, salsa, and cheddar cheese in the crockpot. The second dip is Gringo Dip! Everyone's favorite at 54th St. You put Velveeta Queso Blanco, shredded pepper jack, shredded parmesan, pico de gallo, milk, cayenne, and frozen spinach in the crockpot.

Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Cheesy Chicken Monterey and Chocolate Oreo Cream Cake. Cut this recipe out of a magazine.cook some chicken breasts. Make a bag of chicken and rice sides. Add some corn, black beans, and green chiles. I also made some mashed potatoes as a side since I got three Yukon golds from my market crate. Arrange cooked chicken over the rice mixture. Toop with Monterey Jack. Mashed potatoes are done too. This was just okay, wouldn't do it again. Use chocolate cake mix to make 2 round cakes.

Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Christmas and Parmesan Meatloaf. Here are some pics from the Linley Christmas that we had in the church basement. And here is another recipe from Pinterest: Parmesan meatloaf. Ground beef, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, basil, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese. Squish it all up. Top with marinara sauce and bake. You're supposed to top it with an Italian cheese blend, but I apparently got too hungry and just ate it as soon as I took this pic.

One weekend, Owen and Cooper came to my house to go play in the big castle at the park and to attempt to destroy my apartment. Trying to lift the guitar. Wanting to steal the neighbor's bikes. This recipe is from Pinterest.mix up the dry ingredients. Then mix up some peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar. Add an egg and an egg yolk. Add some sour cream. Then mix in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Spread in a 9x13 pan.
