I have tried so many different things for the past 15 years, I pretty much gave up feeling better and just live life as best as I can with pain mgmt. Thursday, January 6, 2011. So two things I heard are: A)lack of Magnesium in the body cause some of this pain and B)that doing Yoga can help me feel better. I am heading to the health store today to get some Magnesium to test this theory. Has anyone else had success with supplements? I recently read that flouride in water could be causing toxicity in the body as well, and is one of the theories behind fibromyalgia. Wonder how much of this holds true.
