Click on any image to see it in full size. To Athens for a business conference - afterwards we twisted off for a very brief tour. Behind Terri here in the distance is the Parthenon on the Acropolis. Streets of the Plaka neighborhood in Athens. Cool rooftop cafe atop Lykavittos Hill. Athens is bigger than I thought. Another view of the Acropolis. That's the USS Enterprise in the background. Another cab ride, this time to the Temple of Poseidon, about 20 miles from Athens. What a beautiful place.

We head off to the Caribbean from Galveston. Our room had a balcony, which was nice. Once we got off the shelf, the water looked much better. Spencer decided the best thing to do was to get an immediate sunburn. We even dressed up for fancy dinner a couple of nights. Back in our room, we were always greeted with new towel animals. I'm guessing this is a sunburn comparison. Everything is still a beating game. Another cute bunny. And the towel thing. More beating games, every spare moment. Go to page 2.

Click on any image to see it in full size. In September 2011 Terri and I visited friends in Moscow. Our hotel was near Red Square, and we headed there right off the plane. Entering through Voskresensky (Resurrection) Gate. Impressive sight as you go through the gate. Hard to imagine tanks rolling through here. It was nice to go back - I had not been there since 2006. And Terri had never been. A great view on a nice night. The State Historical Museum lay behind us as we headed south. Go to next page.
Cougar Football 2005

Spencer and Bradley play on the Cougar offensive line - they were on the Junior Varsity in 2005. A friend who takes pictures from the sideline was nice enough to give these to me. Spencer played tackle and is #56. Brad split time playing center and guard and is #67. Here are some pictures of the Cougar Varsity. I include them in part because some of my Eagles players are there, but mostly because they're great shots. Back to home page.

I conspired with a friend in Houston to book a guided summit attempt during the first week in September 2012. This chalet in Chamonix, France served as home base for the week for our team of 7. After orientation, we took a van to Italy to climb Gran Paradiso (13,320’). This would serve as a training climb, where we would learn to use alpine equipment. Ibex grazing, about halfway up to the hut.
