How long does it take to see results? That depends on your goals and what you wish to accomplish. Change can happen quickly and then at other times it takes a litte longer. At the beginning of each session we'll determine what you want to work on and what you need to achieve to know you're making progress. The beautiful part is that you are taking the time to invest in your greatest gift. Will I have to do anything outside of our sessions? What happens if I miss an appointment?
