Freetowrite: The God that is to be Seen
http://freetoreallywrite.blogspot.com/2015/07/the-god-that-is-to-be-seen.html
Sunday, July 5, 2015. The God that is to be Seen. I took inventory of the way my crew looked and it was good enough to allow them to slide out the door and into the car to take the 50 minute drive to grandma's, *cough, cough*, Mimi's house. The pool, the white washboard of drawings erased, a game well played, lot's of laughter and good words, the best food this time of year, tiny feet, newborn skin, sacrificially giving of time, resources and space. Freetowrite: March 2015
http://freetoreallywrite.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 27, 2015. Out of the Way. No more blame shifting. I have a good life. My life is so sadly comical right now. I won’t begin to tell you why, because I am trying to overcome this whole complaining a lot problem that I have. I am here, an imperfect mother to six children and an even more imperfect wife. The cherry on my cake is the fact that I homeschool, although that fact becomes more skewed every year. What does homeschool even mean? That did not go very well. A little word of wisdom arises...

Freetowrite: November 2014
http://freetoreallywrite.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 29, 2014. When I think of a world in its perfect state, I think of what it would be like to achieve my very best self. I imagine a transcendence of thought and ability within my soul that enables me to become the absolute best person I can be. Best at advancing the kindness, love and hope in the world, offering that which is essential for others to see the beauty within themselves. People do things to each other that I cannot comprehend. Neat in our presentation of every, single, solit...

Freetowrite: The Bigger Picture
http://freetoreallywrite.blogspot.com/2015/08/the-bigger-picture.html
Monday, August 3, 2015. So, we have been visiting churches. A total of two or three so far since moving here and I’m already feeling daunted. So many choices, flavors and kinds are available. Expectations are certainly overrated, too. People are just people. And so I are, too. Either way, the journey with God never ends. And we’ve been at home a lot due to the second car being on its last leg. Eight people, several directions, one car.no problem. We’ll figure it out. I gotta’ stop that. Do we go and have...

Freetowrite: Later May Never Come
http://freetoreallywrite.blogspot.com/2015/07/later-may-never-come.html
Sunday, July 12, 2015. Later May Never Come. There’s a never ending merry go round of thought stuck inside my brain. Every time there is enough courage to know I can do something and the peaceful quiet within my soul to conjure a few lines on a page, I spit up the first paragraph about the fact that I don’t write enough or it’s been a long while since writing and oh, I have thoughts people, I have thoughts. I care. Maybe you'll care, too. Something will resonate and be helpful. Maybe. Accusations never w...

Freetowrite: Lessons from the Walking Dead
http://freetoreallywrite.blogspot.com/2015/07/lessons-from-walking-dead.html
Thursday, July 30, 2015. Lessons from the Walking Dead. I had heard of the television series the Walking Dead for some time and decided to give watching it a try one evening. I couldn't get through the first ten minutes before I needed to turn it off because it scared me that bad. Then here recently I gave it another chance and made myself watch it. After the first few episodes watching the show became rightfully addicting. Is it the zombies? Well, now that is a whole other story, meaning, purpose in par...
