November 12, 2012. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/4 tsp. pepper. 8 tablespoons ( cup) butter, melted. 2 cups finely crushed corn flakes cereal. Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and heat the oven to 400 F. Place an oven-safe cooling rack in a baking sheet. Mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into one bowl.
