Filming may only take place in the neighborhood when the film production company has signed and agreed to abide by the rules set forth in the Entrance License Agreement. Production companies may click on the link to obtain a copy of the most current agreement. The Entrance License Agreement must also be signed by the owner. Fremont Place is a privately owned park originally developed by three gentlemen, Charles Ingram, David Barry and George Briggs who intended to build an exclusive district of homes on the fifty acres site.
