Jeg kom over denne i Sverige og siden jeg har en liten ismaskin tenkte jeg at det kunne jo være morro å lage softis hjemme. Det funka fint i maskinen, men smaken. Den var litt mer "vannete" enn vi vanligvis forbinder med softis her hjemme og vaniljesmaken var ikke særlig god. Så det blir nok med denne ene gangen. Jeg har vært mye forkjøla i høst, det har vært mye hosting og endel dårlige dager, men jeg har stort sett vært på jobb. Helt til nå. Kong Karl III Johan (Karl XIV Johan for svenskene) var opprinnelig fransk, men ble "importert" som tronfølger i Sverige i 1810 og han ble svensk-norsk konge i 1818. Han er dermed opphavet til dagens svenske kongehus, Bernadottene. Vårt kongehus er også i slekt med ham gjennom kronprinsesse Märtha, gift med kong Olav, som var svensk prinsesse. Litt om meg og mest om mye annet. Wednesday, 20 August 2014. I dag har jeg gjort noe jeg ikke har gjort før. Jeg har vært hos en behandler som bruker akupunktur i tillegg til at hun er fysioterapeut. Problemet er igjen skulderen. Som jeg har skrevet om før. Nå er'n i gang igjen. Det har vært noe mer fysisk jobbing enn vanlig i sommer, med ting og tang som skal gjøres på hytta. Jeg har vært mye støl og sliten i armer og rygg og har sannsynligvis pådratt meg samme problem som sist. Links to this post.

Både forkjølelse og influensa skyldes virus og det finnes ikke noen kur annet enn å ta livet med ro og få i seg mat og rikelig med drikke. Nesespray, halstabletter, hostesaft og smertestillende kan være greit å ha i hus. Typiske forkjølelsessymptomer kjenner vi jo med tett nese og bihuler, nysing, snufsing men ikke særlig feber.
