الثلاثاء، 20 سبتمبر 2011. نصائح لتبييض الاسنان كالثلج. اليووم جاايبه لكم طرريقة تبييض الأسناان خلال. ثلاث أياام .وأن شاء الله تكوون زى الثلج بإذن الله . اتركم مع الطرريقه . تجيبي فنجان قهوة عسل ومعجون أسنان ( اي نوع ). تخلطي نصف كميه عسل والنصف الثاني معجون وشوي ليمون. ويفضل يكون المعجون اكثر شوي مش كثير. وتخلطيها جيدا ثم تسوي اسنانك في هذا الخليط. يعني تفرشيها بالفررشااة ). لمدة3 ايام وتصير اسنانك بيضاء كالثلج. واحب اقول من اول مره راح تلاحظي الفرق. بس مع الاستعمال المنتظم 3 مرات في اليوم بتلاحظين الفرق.
