Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Nothing really newsworthy from the log weekend. I was able to stop my shots on Friday which is always a relief ( WOOHOO. Friday night was calm and nice. We had some time with the neighborlies. That's always a blast. Saturday was a bit of a lazy morning and then we went to the gym for a quick workout. They have a neat new bike called the expresso. And it makes riding like a video game. I like that one. I rode two courses and then we went for a quick swim and sit in the hot tub.

Monday, February 16, 2009. So I have been super OP with Weight Watchers for the past 5 weeks. I have even begun exercising, which I have not done in the past with Wewa. I have been doing the DVD 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. And for kicks I decided to go over to my parents house and walk on their. A few times a week. I was disappointed. With the number of APs. I earn while walking on the treadmill. So to amp up the APs. A bit I thought "maybe I should try running"? 346 lbs down, 69 more to go!
