The books are a bit young for Eleanor now, but we both still enjoy them, in part because they are nice stories and in part because it takes place in Madison. We heard a nutritionist talk to the swim team last week and she did tell us that carbs the night before the event are not so important as carbs after the usual training. I am not a gourmet chef and typically don’t cook meals that take long than 1/2 an hour to prep. I find that I can kind of zone out into the details of the task.
