Tuesday, April 9, 2013. 1 onion (thinly sliced). 4 cloves garlic (minced). 1 t dried thyme. 1 c chicken broth. 1 (28oz) can tomatoes (with juice coarsely chopped). 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp. About 4 minutes. Then transfer bacon to paper towel to drain. Crumble when cool. Wednesday, December 18, 2013. 1 pkg hollandaise sauce mix. 1 c mozzarella cheese. 6-8 slices of ham. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Prepare hollandaise sauce per package. Make layers Place chicken in pan,top with some cheese, then place thinly sliced avocado and thinly sliced tomato, spoon some hollandaise sauce, then some cheese, then place ham, then some hollandaise sauce, then some cheese on top. Bird's Nest Breakfast Cups. 1 (24oz) bag shredded hash browns. 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper. 2 T olive oil. 1/3 c shredded cheese. 12 slices of cooked bacon crumbled or 6 slices of ham diced or sausage. 12 eggs or 2 c egg whites. Veggies onions and peppers (optional). Take your bag of hash browns and mix in salt, pepper, oil and 1/3 c shredded cheese. Monday, August 26, 2013. Sunomono Japanese Cucumber Salad. 3 Japanese or 4 Persian cucumbers. 3 T rice vinegar. 1/4 t soy sauce. Slice cucumbers thin as you can. Stir in salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Squeeze water out of cucumbers. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce together until sugar dissolves.
