Saturday, June 12, 2010. 2nd day at the Farmers Market. I am going against the flesh.I do not want to blog. It was truly a moment of gratefulness. Did I mention. Jerry ground all the flour approx 50lbs, as needed. I rose early to make the 2 batches of bread again and met everyone at the farmers market at 930am. Friday, March 11, 2011. We have a beautiful day here at Freshly Milled Breads. The rain cleared the air so it is perfect to mill wheat and bake our bread. Today we are cleaning and organizing the kitchen for Friday which is our day to bake for the farmers markets. The new addiction for this Saturday is rye bread. Well I've been making 70 loaves of bread every Friday and Praise the Lord we have been selling out every Saturday at the Farmers market. Thursday, September 2, 2010. Hi guys, I really enjoyed this past Farmers market, I was able to speak with many health-conscientious customers interested in gluten free bread! I'm really excited to try out many new recipes that call for natural, healthy, gluten-free ingredients! Last week in addition to our regular freshly milled whole wheat breads, we had a few loaves of gluten free banana nut bread. This was a great success!
