Running is the most natural form of exercise. On December 8, 2013. Running outside is so much better than on a treadmill. I was amazed at how far I got in a little bit of time. On the treadmill it seems like forever to move 0.10 of a mile. I tried out my Nike hyper warm tights today. They are very nice! I’m going to look into a hyper warm fleece or jacket when I go to Dick’s later. I also tried my Nike Free sneaks today on pavement. I really like them! Awesome morning so far! It was to be the first in a series of related pieces. At the last minute, I still hadn't settled on an idea.
