Sunday, September 23, 2007. Sunday 23rd September {Christmas T}. For my Christmas T page I have chosen Trees and Tags. Another idea for T is also Tinsel. I made some tags last year but didn't use them for gifts, too mean to give them away I guess. So I decided it would be nice to incorporate them in the journal. Monday, July 23, 2007. Origami, literaly translated is "folding paper". Although we associate this with the Japanese art of shape making, we do it without realising in crafts such as teabag folding, lace and scrapbooking. I like teaching children to fold simple shapes such as fans and airplanes to start then working up to more complicated ideas, but there is no limit to your imagination and creativity when it comes to folding paper! Saturday, June 23, 2007. Mini maze books are simple to make and require the minimum of materials. They are approx. 3 1/2 - 4 inches square so are an ideal size to give as gifts or make keepsake memory journals for yourself! Sunday, February 25, 2007. Di W's {E} Page. I have chosen Christmas EVE. I started off with a piece of bazzill card as a backing and cut 2 circles from red themed paperand put them back to back. I cut a letter E out on my Xyron and stuck the relief onto the middle of the circle. I coloured the E in and used a silver pen to draw inside it, then used a template to create the pattern around. Stamp and Stamp and Stamp. Tuesday, 16 March 2010. I hope the shock of me coming back doesn't hit you too hard, LOL! I've been away for sooooo long. Lost interest in crafting for many months, plus other things in 'life' happening, I think it all takes over a bit and becomes too much to deal with. Anyway, I think my interest is returning.though I have yet to tidy my room since the last time I crafted, LOL! We have adopted 2 small pets and bought 2 new baby pets. I will upload photos soon. I am thankful for.

Stamp and Stamp and Stamp. Tuesday, 26 May 2009. Return from the Bubblies Retreat! Yes indeed, a week has gone by since I arrived home from my first ever crafting weekend retreat . Did I have a nice time? YES, I had a cracking time, despite being homesick for nearly 3 days LOL! We had our own chefs on board hee hee, a few of the girls did the cooking and made sure we had a lovely evening meal each night. Think I will hire these for special occasions lol.
