http://andrewzdale.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 28, 2009. Remember your God." Remember your God! Your God is with you. 1God is our refuge and strength,. A very present help in trouble. 2Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way,. Though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,. 3though its waters roar and foam,. Though the mountains tremble at its swelling." Ps. 46:1-3. Saturday, March 21, 2009. Well, in today's economy. I like the way certain phrases are used in conversation. Hello, sir, how are you today? Imagine...

Captain's Blog: September 2009
http://andrewzdale.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 14, 2009. The following is by Charles Spurgeon:. God is gracious…. Because God is gracious, sinful people are forgiven, converted, purified, and saved. It’s not because of anything in them, or anything that ever can be in them, that they are saved; it’s because of the boundless love, goodness, pity, compassion, mercy, and grace of God. Remember these things or you may fall into error by focusing so much on your faith that you forget that grace is the source of faith itself. But faith is...

The Rusty Smile: Changes of Direction
http://therustysmile.blogspot.com/2008/11/changes-of-direction.html
Brush it off. it's lovely. Thursday, November 6, 2008. In a time like this, many people on the left and right want to talk about how wonderful/terrible our country's decision was on Tuesday, and I agree. ANYONE can achieve great things when given the freedom to do so. Obama changed history, we must change trajectory. Good to see you in the blogging world, bro. November 9, 2008 at 2:11 PM. Hope you're well man! November 9, 2008 at 2:19 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Other Side.Of What?

The Rusty Smile: Second Guess
http://therustysmile.blogspot.com/2008/11/second-guess.html
Brush it off. it's lovely. Wednesday, November 12, 2008. I am reading a study guide for a life insurance exam. (I know you want a copy, but you'll need to get in line) On the first page are some test taking tips. Eliminate options you know are wrong. Get plenty of sleep. Know what to expect. Always go with you first guess. Could I do well to always go with my first guess? Should I be guessing here? Would I make it in a world with no second guessing? Or are you planning to? Captain's Blog: In the world...
http://andrewzdale.blogspot.com/2009/08/in-world.html
Monday, August 31, 2009. Jesus said, "In the world you will have trouble. But take heart; I have overcome the world." (John 16:33). I usually take this to mean that we will face trials that come from living in this world, external diffculties and struggles. I know my insides betray me ALL the time.wait, are we talking about regularity or something else? Seriously though, good post man. I hadnt thought about it in that light before. As I said earlier, lets catch up soon. Schools going to kill me! Thank yo...

Captain's Blog: March 2010
http://andrewzdale.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 29, 2010. How beautiful are the words "My grace is sufficient for you"! Jesus is all I need. To quote Rich Mullins,. When my body lies in the ruins. Of the lies that nearly ruined me,. Will you pick up the pieces that were pure and true. And breathe life into them, and set them free? And when you start this world over again from scratch,. Will you make me anew out of stuff that lasts? Stuff thats purer than gold is, and clearer than glass. Can I be with you? Can I be with you?

Captain's Blog: July 2008
http://andrewzdale.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 13, 2008. Tales of the Western Flyer. Throughout my college years, and my now beginning post grad years, a certain loyal steed has stood by my side through many perils. This red, metallic mare has indeed earned its stripes. Its core: sheer beauty. Its form: a bicycle. Its name: The Western Flyer. These are its true tales. 8220;How much for this bike! 8221; I proclaimed loudly to no one in particular, and without direction. 8220;Alright, 20 bucks.”. 8220;Alright, 15.”. Thus it was mine. Later...

Tuesday, December 22, 2009. God be in my head. God be in my head and in my understanding,. God be in my eyes, God be in my looking. God be in my mouth, God be in my speaking,. God be in my heart, God be in my thinking. God be in my hands, God be in my reaching,. God be in my soul, God be in my seeking. God be in my days, God be in my wanderings,. God be in my mind, God be all consuming.". I keep thinking of these words from Jared Anderson's "God be in my head.". God be in my heartache :).
