Eaten can be in combination with rice, quinoa or even eaten solo. The vegetable choice is up to you. Ingredients (for 2 people). 1/2 cup of soy sauce. Juice from one lemon. 1/2 ts of fresh, grated ginger. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 carrot, sliced. 2 onions, chopped. 1 pepper, sliced. If you have the time, let it marinate in refrigerator overnight.
