The 100 mile L2M Ultra Double on 27 May 2017. This is an enormous challenge for the fittest of people, so it may surprise some to hear that Ais is in fact. FOCXH’s Christmas Fair on 30th November was super successful and we raised an amazing 1712.75. Dec 30, 2016. A huge thank you to everyone who supported us! A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Stroke is a particularly debilitating condition, both physically and psychologically, and the suddenness of the onset can cause severe psychological distress. Art Rehabilitation has been shown to improve the quality of life for stroke survivors. Here are some of the paintings produced by those who have taken part in the programme.
