Sunday, February 6, 2011. I tried a new recipe the other night that is definitely a keeper. Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas. From Annie's Eats (link on the right- a food site worth checking out). She actually calls them Benchiladas because it's her husband's favorite dish. Easy to make and adjust for how much you need- I just did a small pan because I was using leftover rotisserie chicken so then I had to fight JP for the leftovers the next day. 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 8 oz Ranch salad dressing.

Friday, November 18, 2011. Coconut Banana Bread w/ Lime Glaze. I tried this banana bread a while ago so I'm trying to remember what we liked and didn't love compared to the standy-by recipe I always use. The bread is really moist and I liked the lime glaze, but none of us are huge fans of coconut so I think I'll skip the topping next time or maybe leave it out altogether. Sunday, February 12, 2012. Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos. A few things I did differently:. Completely left out the green salsa, mostly because I was just too lazy to look for it at the store. Left out the green onions, because green onions are gross. Instead of using Pepperjack cheese I bought a mexican cheese blend. It's easier for me to use leftover mexican cheese blend than just straight pepperjack cheese. All in all it was a deliciously satisfying dish that my family loved. Cupcakes Take The Cake.

Lindsay was in charge of putting on the banana slice/smearing peanut-butter all over/quality-control. Eddy was my studious sprinkler roller. A delicious, slightly sticky success! Saturday, September 8, 2012. Lulu-Bug went to her 2-year check-up this week. She's growing, but still hangs around the 30th percentile. She was a busy bug all over the dr.'s office and only requested one thing, "I need a band-aid." She is currently driving me crazy with her changing sleeping schedule, but her and brother share a room now and it actually seems to be helping. She climbs up on her bed to see Eddy on the top bunk and says in her sweetest two-year-old voice, "Sweet Dweams Eddy.".

Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Do you remember the sweetest, cutest baby girl? This one right here. . . Well, she is growing up. Her hair is coming in nicely, at least in the back. I call this her little duck tail. She barely fits in her crib, sigh. She is still my very best helper. She loved sniffing the flowers Brandt got me for Valentines. And she is always into something; except it appears the basket full of toys sitting in the middle of the room! Do you think her and Eddy look similar or identical!

Thursday, November 1, 2012. A cute pumpkin princess and a very manly fireman. They got plenty of treats, but Lindsay's are pretty much gone after today. I caught Lindsay running upstairs this morning, "hey mom, I'm just going to keep these two treats in my bed," as she jumped back under her covers. Tuesday, October 30, 2012. We loaded up the kids and headed to Mueller Park one Saturday afternoon. Oh Boy! Trying to catch a decent picture of two kids at once, IMPOSSIBLE! But here are some that show off my cute, dorky children. Then they got distracted by throwing rocks. It got to be a little dangerous. I love the bruises on her busy toddler legs. And now, exactly three weeks from today, baby #3 will be here to join these two crazies. We are pretty lucky and can't wait to meet our new little man.
