Kevin * Brittany * Dashel * Claire * Chloe. Thursday, January 29, 2015. Dash had his first Pinewood Derby last night! He created his design and painted it all by himself. He wanted a Marine tank thing that had a rotating gun on top, that he built out of legos.. Kevin took Dash and they had a great time watching all the races. We learned that we are supposed to weight the cars with something to make them go faster, so everyone better watch out next year! Saturday, January 24, 2015. So we went to a museum.

Then we came home, dusted off the fire pit, and chowed down on s'mores. After our snack, we grabbed the smoke bombs. Claire neatly organized them for us:. And Dash helped light them off:. Every year we tell the kids not to run in the smoke and inhale, and every year we get this:. The sparklers were a better time had by all. Claire still loves to draw.
