Around 257 charity patients served mostly those suffering from cancer, pneumonia, brain-related illnesses, diabetes, and psychotic disorder. Brain abscess/tumor/meningitis- 25 patients. Bone problem -4 patients. Burn infection - 2 patients. Cancer - 55 patients. Cerebral palsy - 7 patients. Connective tissue diseases -2 patients. Dehydration - 4 patients. Diabetic - 17 patients. Epilepsy - 3 patients. Eye infection - 2 patients. Gastro colitis- 5 patients. Gunshot-stab wound- 5 patients.

Today, the FPGH has been in existent for over two decades and it is still tirelessly and selflessly rallying its members to continue its support to the indigent patients of PGH. It supports the purchase of medicine to the patients of emergency wards. It serves as a channel of donations coming from various civic-minded individuals, foundations, business sector, and other funding agencies and ensure that these donations are optimally utilized for its intended purpose. 2011 Christmas Gift-giving by FPGH. The Friends of PGH brought cheers to PGH Wards 9 and 11 housing the pediatric cases of ill children and their parents on 5 December 2011. Eight members of the Friends of PGH joined the annual Christmas gift-giving. Activity where they distributed baskets of assorted goodies to more than 100 indigent children in these two wards.
