And the many loves in my life. Friday, February 25, 2011. Okay, so he's not really a baby anymore, but I still call him my baby boy. Guess it will stick about as long as Baby Girl has for the girls. In any case, this child's hair has seriously gotten out of control. Seriously. OUT. OF. CONTROL. Take a gander for yourself . Notice the cute jogging outfit from Aunt Crystal). Then, he got the flu. Poor kid . and poor mom. It was a really,. Spent a few minutes on YouTube, found a pair of scissors and Voila!

And the many loves in my life. Monday, August 9, 2010. Luke's First Birthday Party. So what to do? We threw a big party. Poor kid was starting to get sick and you can tell from the pictures. He was a little overwhelmed with so many people in one house, but he put on his best "what the heck is going on look" and joined in the fun! He is pulling up to standing, starting to cruise the furniture and crawls so fast now. He's SUPER mobile! And the many loves in my life. Thursday, September 30, 2010. After quite a bit of deliberation, we decided we would stay home this summer instead of traveling. Heath and I both had some planned time off work, so it was time for lots of fun . Afternoon at the Sarari. This is a neat place just south of Austin where you can drive through to see all the different animals. Most are super tame and used to the auto traffic, but the Ostrich - not so much. Talk about mean! Better keep your window up . White trash...

So he loves me and acknowledges I have some value, but he has been and will always be Daddy's Boy. Serioulsy, when I ask him what my name is and he says "Da-Da", but I know he really means "Mommy, I love you so much! Is the first to swoop him up. He is actually starting to like his mom. After spending so much time knitting up these bad boys, I needed to see if they'd fit. I chose a size larger than I thought they should be so he could wear them later this year when it gets cold again. Low and behold, they fit. Hmm. Sleep socks? Uhm, Shaunna, who is that little boy?
