I’m not a super stinky, super sweaty girl, so I was surprised that I didn’t react to this well. Let’s just say, I had to come up with a Plan B, FAST. Another result is that I have developed a lactose intolerance. I used to guzzle milk; now I mostly avoid it and I take a lactase tablet if I’m going to indulge in dairy.
