From Axum To Here. Shenanigans and goings-on in our journey to adopt from Ethiopia. Saturday, August 10, 2013. Jet lag has been quite a hiccup to Reece's normally stellar sleeping. He's woken up at 1 am and 2 am on our first two nights overseas, so that's made for some tired mornings. Allyson was completely drained this morning after staying up with him from about 2 am onwards, all while fighting a cold. Suffice it to say that Christian gets tonight's shift! Sunday, August 30, 2009. English Camp August 2009. Last week we had an "English Camp" in our teammate's village, Mala Gorica. The camp consisted of 3 mornings (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) where we played games, had a short talk, did a work sheet, spoke in discussion groups, sang songs, watched a movie, and did a craft.
