I have targeted 160 homes on 7 streets of Richmond, approx. Lindsay Road and Railway Avenue. I have targeted an answer (yes or no) from each residence. So far from what I have gathered, most residents of Richmond don't wish this discriminate parking bylaw on anyone. 16 homes said "no commercial vehicle parking".
