FROM GRANNY’S KITCHEN. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Clouds are rolling in and it is grettng grayer and grayer. As long as there is no rain in them there clouds I will be happy. I love the smell and the sound of the rain just hate getting wet. 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves. 1 cup finely ground walnuts. 1/2 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 6 cups torn mixed salad greens. 4 cups torn fresh spinach. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend.
