On 2011 年 05 月 02 日. 對於已經騎了五天車的我 應該是 a piece of cake. 相反的 用盡了全力 拼了一整天 才走到了瑞穗鄉. 到了東部 就突然變成了 由西伯利亞 一路追過來的"寒流". 上玉長公路 或者說是 隧道 後 就輕鬆了. 出發前 一直以為 玉長隧道是 在平地(山下). 但不知 哪個天才 竟把一條隧道 建在幾百公尺高的山上. 低溫下雨 再加上 早就過了 應該吃中午的時間. 這個時間 我唯一能吃的 就是在高雄時 小豬很好心 拿給我的酸梅. 玉長公路 也是唯一 九天環島唯一 我牽車的地方. 真的沒辦法了 沒精力了 又冷又濕 又餓著肚子的我. 就算day7後來腳受傷，day8 and day9 我也是忍著痛騎車 沒有牽過車). 這個時候 就連用牽的 走上去 都變得好難 好漫長. 買了玉米 但太冷了 請老闆給了我一碗 煮玉米的水 或是湯. 下了山 才發現 縱谷內 竟然沒下雨. 昨天是 睡知本 我昨天五點多就可以休息(少騎五十多公里有吧 不用摸黑騎車).

Day2 2010.03.21. 廉勝 怕我會迷路了 陪我騎 台76線 走到台1 線. 環島的收穫就是要像這樣 什麼都自個來 尤其只有自己一個人時 哈. 但是中正大學 是東西向的並且有一段距離 對了要往南走的我 不是很順路. 想了想 那時候決定 還是到嘉義市 再找住的地方吧. 我…….一個人又是晚上 當然——不敢去. 3到高雄再回家 這樣比較不會被笑 最少也到高雄了 哈. 這天往南移動了 很小的距離 Schedule delay了啦. Day 1 2010.03.20. 同事 沈小銘 已經從台北到 桃園高鐵站了. 在路上經過一家 城市綠洲，就去買了 新的裝備 座椅下的袋子. 我總是把反光條 放在左手的手臂上 但後來發現別人都是把它放在腳踝附近…. Orz. 還跟小胖子 說 你走了我一個人怎麼辦 哈. 到楊梅前 穿的是 一件短袖 一件長袖的排汗衫再加一件薄外套. 學長說 台1 苗栗 到 台中間 有很多的上、下坡. 建議我騎 61號西濱公路 往 彰化前進 會順一點. 跟著一段時間後 發現 他們好慢 哈. 到了 才發現 兩邊膝蓋的內側 開始痛了起來. 腦袋裡 有出現 第一天就受傷了 不行就回家的念頭…. 對了 這一天 穿著全新的拖鞋 整整騎了176公里. On 2012 年 01 月 13 日. 感覺都是雲霧 心裡想著 北宜公路 應該會下雨吧. 由於 台東到花蓮那一天 “雨戰"的慘痛經驗. 其實還有一項原因 是 宜蘭 走北宜到 台北後. 宜蘭 到 基隆 到 淡水. 事實上 那時候的我 就是選擇了 從北海岸回家. 雖然還是慢慢騎 每踏一圈 腿傷都會經過神經 傳到小腦. 一路下來 休息的間隔 雖然愈來愈短 但還好傷勢也沒再加重. 所以整個環島的 遺憾就是 玉長公路下來牽車 和 放棄蘇花公路). 在北海岸 遇到大逆風 和 無數的上坡時. 就在 中途點 就是基隆 再休息一天. 走關渡大橋 過八里– 西濱— 就回到桃園了. 不跟我說話的老媽 就說了 “你這麼瘋子". 老爸 問了我 “怎麼穿這麼少騎車，會不會冷".
