I just wanted to let you know that Nick just had his Chapter 6 test, and. He was the highest scorer out of all of my algebra classes (He actually. So this is Ozzy.he's is a maltese.I love him dearly, I purchased him back in 2002 and had him flown all the way from Tennessee! At that time I did not have my youngest Brianna and wasn't even thinking about having another child at the time. So Ozzy was my baby, I cuddled with him and just ate him up. He has been with me since he was 9 weeks old and is a part of our family, here lies my dilemma.

The #tacoTuesday finale with a little twist! Using the homemade taco seasoning from this morning's post with some ground turkey, we had a choice of the masa flour tortillas or mini taco "boats" on an endive petal. I have to say I loved this option! It was so fun and just fresh, reminded me of lettuce wraps. ( plus bonus no carbs here! Made a charred corn salsa to top it all off and all in all had some happy tummies. Y'all know I love my salsa so here's this little version. 1 corn cob, charred, cut off cob.
