I’m really excited during the day because everything I see is a potential journal doodle and it’s so fun to play around with composition ideas too. So this past week has been my first week out on my own, after my pin came through just over a week ago. It has been on the whole a good week, I haven’t cried yet, which is a bonus! A sketchblog, etc. We love this time of year when the weather gets a little chilly and it’s time to buy a lot of candy. Handsome has 2 costume parties to attend (2 more than the humans) and he’s a cowboy this year yee-haw. We love Howl-o-Ween. We are back home and it hasn’t taken Handsome long to get back to work. This is my first time experimenting with acrylic-gouache and it’s fun to see how bright the colors come out. 2 weeks to go. Doesn’t look like he’ll make it this month…. Back in the groove.
