There is nothing better than homemade. Tuesday, November 20, 2012. I've tried so many corn bread recipes, and this recipe was created after so many tweaking of several recipes. It's moist and savory. I love to serve this corn bread with chili and cheese on top. 1 can cream style corn. 1/2 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 cup corn flour. 1 Tbsp baking powder. 1 1/2 tsp sour cream and onion powder. I don't remember the source of this recipe, but it's my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/4 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 large egg yolk. 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter. 1 1/2 stick unsalted butter, room temperature. 1/3 cup powdered sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 8-12 minutes.
