Cookin' up creative creations. Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Is probably the best website EVER! I got this recipe from them and kind of did it my own way. 1 (14 0z) can of petite diced tomatoes with their juice. 3 ripe tomatoes diced. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 1 red onion, finely chopped. 1 (4 0z) can chopped green chiles with juice. 2 limes, juiced. 1 mango, peeled and diced. Salt and pepper to taste. Garlic salt to taste ( I like LOTS of garlic salt). 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar.

Cookin' up creative creations. Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Now if you want a delicious dip that everyone will enjoy, this is it! It is super easy and not that expensive. 1/2 package of taco seasoning mix. 1 c sour cream. 1 container guacamole dip. 1 c shredded monterey jack cheese. 1 c cheddar cheese. 1 c diced fresh tomatoes. 1 can of olives, chopped.
